Here It Goes Again

By now, many of you have already seen or at least heard about OK Go's new video for "Here It Goes Again," but I'm here to give it naivehelga's endorsement. This video is a riot. It's mesmerizing. The first time I saw it, I couldn't take my eyes off the TV. Now, every time it comes on, I anticipate my favorite parts and lean forward on the couch - and it's just as captivating as the first time I saw it.
For those of you without MTV or VH1, you can check it out on YouTube (which is also a fabulous new toy that I'll write about some day). "Here It Goes Again" is right up there with "Sledgehammer," "Golddigger," and "Losing My Religion" for all-time top videos.

I love this video. My roommate watches it at least twice a day. If we can get the choreography down we'll tape ourselves doing it. Hah. That would be cool. If we do, I'll post it on youtube for you!

Oh hell yeah. This is an instant classic. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. This will go into my personal pantheon of favorite vids alongside the aforementioned "Losing My Religion" and "Sledgehammer," as well as "Weapon of Choice" by Fatboy Slim (a.k.a. the Walken video) and "Virtual Insantity" by Jamiroquai (c'mon, you know how amazing you thought it was the first time you saw it.)

I just looked back and saw that I have used the word "pantheon" twice in recent posts (well, thrice, if you count this time.) Sorry about that.

You know your favorite part is when they do that swervy forward walk.
