Today I was trying to get something from my car before a rehearsal started, and I only had a few minutes, so the director said "You can take my bike." His bike is legendary, so I thought, What fun! I'll ride the bike to my car and it will just take a minute! What a brilliant plan!Except I haven't ridden a bike in years. And it was terrifying. Plus, this bike is old, and clunky, and has really awkward handlebars. I thought I was going to fall off the bike and get run over by a car. It was truly the scariest experience of my summer.

That's hilarious! I agree with you! I got on a bike about a year ago, and it was like, what am I doing??
