David Sedaris is pretty much a genius. I didn't like this as much as liked Me Talk Pretty One Day, but I loved Me Talk Pretty One Day - it would be hard to beat. And Sedaris' material is starting to get a little stale - I get it: you live in Europe, you smoke, you travel the world giving lectures/reading, you have a boyfriend, you're socially awkward. But one reader's stale is another reader's refinement, and Sedaris has certainly honed his skills and is a captivating storyteller. Good times all around.When You Are Engulfed in Flames - A-
