This might seem silly, but I'd like to visit every U.S. state. It's just this goal I've had ever since I was a little girl. Well, as you can see, I'm not doing very well in my quest. This is a map of all the states I've visited. It's only 24 (since I was recently informed that I have in fact been to Kansas and Maryland). Maybe, just maybe, I'll get to expand my list someday soon. After all, I could drive to Wisconsin, right?
visiting every state - B-, 'cause I'm really not doing so well
create your own visited states map
correction - I made my map a lot smaller. That should do the trick.

well if it helps i have been to only one - missouri
I'm confused by one thing. Does driving through count as visiting, or do you have to spend quality time in the state? If driving through counts, does flying over? If so, you've probably visited a few more. I can't believe you've never been to Wisconsin.
I've been to Kansas!?
If you have actually set foot in the state - even for a photo opportunity at a Welcome to (insert state here) sign, then you've been to the state. I'll even give you "I got out of the car just to stop at a gas station, but it was 3 in the morning and I saw nothing." However, if it was a flyover, that doesn't count.
Let's say that you drove from Michigan to Florida. You can count all those states, even if you didn't get out of the car. If you've only flown from Michigan to Florida, then you don't get to count those states. Those are the rules.
You have been to Maryland too. We went to visit my aunt Ruth Dixon when we went to Washington D.C. That was the trip when we all met in Richmond to visit Patrick.
You are right there with me. I have been to 25 of the 50 states. I need to get some workd done, too.
The only ones I have yet to visit are...I Idaho, Montanna,Wyoming, and Utah....well, I've driven through Utah on my road trip with Joe and had a layover in salt lake city....does that count?
