This gum is not for the faint of heart. There's a reason this picture is so big - it's roughly the size of the flavor of the gum. I have become accustomed to Orbit BubbleMint, and also really like their CitrusMint (it sounds yucky but it's really delicious), but I needed gum and Michael's didn't have very many choices, so I went with the Polar Ice. It knocked my socks off. I don't like my gum to be too minty, and this gum is way too strong for me. I suppose that if I had vile onion breath, it would be great, but day-to-day, this gum is just too much. Extra Polar Ice - D
